Halal Culinary Arts
This course will provide the basic guidelines and laws in preparing halal food. The students will be immersed into the cuisines and cultures of Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean and Modern Cuisine trend. Beyond the culinary arts essentials, students will have the skills to convert non-halal recipes into halal.
