Basic Culinary Arts

  • This course will provide you basic knowledge about culinary arts, Cutting techniques, Mother sauces, Basic of Soups, Salads, Appetizers, Pastas and many more.
  • 3 Months
  • Enrolment is ongoing

1 Year  Fundamentals Culinary

  • This Course will provide you the fundamental knowledge to start in an entry position as cook in a Hotel, Restaurant or onboard a Cruise Ship.
  • 1 Year
  • Enrolment is ongoing

Basics of Pastry and Baking

  • This course will provide you with the basic knowledge to start in an entry position in a hotel or onboard a cruise ship in the pastry section.
  • 3 Months
  • Enrollment is ongoing

Halal Culinary Arts

  • This course will immerse you into the cuisines and cultures of Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean and Modern Cuisine trend. Here, you will learn beyond the culinary arts essentials and have the skills to convert non-halal recipes into Halal.
  • 1 month, 2 sessions per week, 4 hours each
  • Or 4 days if student prefer intensive /daily class
  • Enrollment is ongoing
